This conference will challenge all of us to actively listen to
and bring to fruition the new ideas and initiatives that will help create a sustainable future. It is about you and me, helping in making a better world today, and about all those that will come after us and inherit whatever we create. We would like to put forward a simple challenge to our Business Partners and to all of us participants in this conference.

Business Partners

Being a friend of the environment and an active participant in the conferences 'green' initiative, we would like to ask you to please consider some or all of the following tips and strategies in your
contribution to the positive environmental impact:

• Limit distribution of brochures and handouts to those with a genuine need (e.g., by providing a sign-up sheet or collecting business cards for subsequent mailings). Collecting e-mail addresses will provide you the opportunity to follow-up with your clients.
• Rather than distributing the printing material, burn it on a CD, post it on the Web or e-mail it to participants.
• Provide a USB port for those seeking more information on your products/solutions.
• Ensure that your exhibit packaging is minimal, reusable and recyclable.

Delegates and all conference participants

We would like to encourage you to bring with you, to the conference, stories about your personal campus experience with sustainability initiatives. Come and share with your colleagues the best environmental practices and initiatives done on your campus. The most interesting stories will be posted on the conference website.
